Have you received a call from Professional Services International or PSI about a possible compensation claim against your timeshare company? Well a lot of timeshare consumers already have in the past weeks!
Professional Services International is cold calling timeshare consumers and although their main offices are based in Spain, in Fuengirola, the invites to the meetings to discuss a possible compensation claim are not only for Spain and they also invite for different places in the UK.
The contact details for PSI are Telephone 0034 952 58 61 40 and email address cs@professionalservicesinternational.net and there is no website
At the meeting the consumers are presented with the ITRA Survey. And surprisingly all consumers who attend a meeting like this is eligible to do a claim. This claim is on a NO win NO fee basis.
Of course that is not all, because those who have been to meetings from ITRA or connected companies such as Professional Services International know that the main part is actually dedicated to convincing the consumer of taking up their additional services.
This additional service is the disposal, and this service does come with a price tag! Around £7000 for legal services and administration in order to dispose of the timeshare!
These “Legal Services” are offered through a company called Access Legal Services with address in Calle Santisima Trinidad, 39 – bajo B 29640 Fuengirola (Malaga), Spain
A company that is also mentioned in the paperwork from EFTAG – European Fair Trade Advisory Group or RIOCC Real Estate Investments Ownerships Consultancy Center
So seen the above we can deduct once more that Professional Services International is connected to ITRA, the same as Multi Claims , RCI Action Group or ISLA and the purpose of their invites is one and the same!
If ITRA is genuinely looking at the “well-being” of the timeshare consumers, if ITRA is really trying to help timeshare consumers to get their rights…why would they continue to create “new” companies with completely different names in order to get consumers to their meetings? Why a timeshare owner is not told upfront he is going to a meeting of ITRA? Something is seriously wrong here!

We were cold called by “Sherlock Marketing” Who introduced us to “Access Legal” Who has heard of a company called “Access Legal”?? Who are based at Centro Comercial Elviria, Oficina 7, 29604 Marbella, Spain. We paid our own flights to Marbella they put us up for 3 nights in an apartment. We had to attend meeting at their office .to discuss getting us out of our timeshare with CLC. For a cost of £6500 they promise to get you out of and cancel your Timeshare with CLC and they will end any finance agreements related to the CLC. £1500 of fee goes toward paying the Notory. . Has anyone dealt with them before? are they legit?? Can anyone shed any light on them b4 I have to part with any cash??

For a cost of £6500 they promised to get us out of and cancel the Timeshare with CLC and end any finance agreements related to the CLC., The argument was all agreements with CLC were not notarized which is a requirement if done on Spanish soil. As long as one is still on the original finance arranged directly by CLC, they guaranteed they would cancel. Having said that, the guy who was taking care of us for the day was very aggressive when we referred the decision which left us with doubts on the genuineness of the who thing. We want to get rid of my timeshare and would like to hear of any success stories from Access Legal?//
Frankly, astonished that people are still falling for these scams. If you don’t know the company and haven’t taken legal advice, don’t part with your hard earned cash/savings.
I have had ITRA on the phone today telling me I’m guaranteed multiple claims but I have to fly to Spain to sign a power of attorney
I was called by Professional Services earlier today. They wanted me to take a free trip to Fuengirola to put in a claim against Halfmoon Holdings for some thousands of pounds. However as I had not taken up the offer by Halfmoon Holdings to sell my Club Class Membership, I had not parted with any money to them, and could not justify the free trip.
They are using the tactic of alleging to be from a concerned Spanish body that is trying to get people’s money back as a result of new legislation.

anyone recived email from RCI Compensation Arundel west sussex apparently they are looking into my claim although have never been in touch with them
Re Denise`s comments on 23 October, I to have received an email from RCI Compensation, but beware as they are connected to that crooked shower ITRA , who are very adept at spinning you a line , taking your money and that`s the last you see of that ! See Mindtimeshare blog posted September 17 ,2012, under http://www.rciactiongroup.com where it asks the question are they for real? But it seems the rule of thumb is ,if anything is to do with ITRA, you deal with them at your peril !! Stay well clear.
