Warning! Cold callers from Civil Justice Courts in Malaga are fake!

Captura de pantalla 2015-09-22 a la(s) 16.42.08

They apparently want to make it sound very official, and create the impression to the consumers that they are contacted by something “higher up”. This seems to be the case with the Civil justice Courts in Malaga.

Another cold caller who pretends to be calling from an official Spanish courthouse with of course, good news about yet again more money awarded by the Spanish government to victims of scam companies.

Civil Justice Courts Malaga is handling the smooth transaction between government and victim, and is taking the victim through the process of recuperating money lost to fraudsters.

When Civil Justice Courts Malaga calls the consumer, they are already at the point of releasing the money, but there is one thing left to do in order to release this. The “Prosecutor Stamp Annulment”.

One wonders who is the “creative” person behind all this, making up all these nonsense and incredible non-existing procedures.

Captura de pantalla 2015-09-22 a la(s) 16.42.17

The Prosecutor Stamp Annulment has a cost attached. Around the £750 needs to be transferred into the (personal) account of the prosecutor and then in about 28 days after receipt, the consumer, the victim of a fraud can expect the pay out of the awarded money.

We are looking at a pay out of around the £25.000 so this “Stamp Annulment” seems to be a small fee compared to what is due to be received in return…

Lara Seymore is the person contacting the victims on behalf of the Civil Justice Courts in Malaga and she calls from a mobile number 0034 602 561 463

Her email address is info@civiljusticecourtsmalaga.com

Their address as quoted on the documents, calle Marques de Lanus 4, 29005 in Malaga is fake as well.

Please be aware that there is no such department or office in Spain called Civil Justice Courts.

Neither would a courthouse or any other official entity contact you after a court case has taken place if you were identified as a victim of a crime. And it would be up to the police to do this.

DO NOT EVER PAY any money into a bank account, which is in the name of an individual, as bank transfers cannot be recuperated.

It is sad enough when you are a victim of a fraud, and it is understandable you would like to recover the money. But companies or better said, people who are behind set ups like Civil Justice Courts Malaga are certainly not the answer to this problem and as a matter of fact they are yet again another fraud.

It is of course questionable how they have all the details of what has happened to you before, as this is not public knowledge!

If you have been contacted by Civil Justice Courts Malaga from +34 602561463 or any other so called “official” department in Spain or Portugal that claims to have money waiting for you, please let us know!

Got me this time as I was grieving over husband who has left me. I believed every word as they prayed on my vulnerability. I should have checked but didn’t enter mind at time , they could tell I was upset by it but carried on . What is this world coming to. They didn’t stop once they even did it with cash back certificate number . My life is in ruins at moment. My savings dwindled down to almost nothing 😥, I was just coping with W t c who were acting on my half , did get some money back from them but then they went crocked. Now a follow on from them. I’m 59 but so trustworthy of people and got caught with hc mediators with tax and vat nothing I
Could do. It’s not fair and something should be done to stop this happening again and again. I wish I was a millionaire but I’m a nurse worked hard fie 40 years reduced to nothing now. Life is unfair . I’m binging every thing and throwing away, now I’ll have to do extra shifts to compensate for everything. I would have checked out but didn to enter my mind x

Just had a call from a Colin Walters from the U.K. ministry of justice international clearance dept. Just wanting to check if we are expecting 63 k from W.T.C. As the money is held up for some unknown reason. Can I ring Anna Gonzales at Malaga court to release the funds. Well WTC when’s int administration yes I was dealing with them so there’s some truth there just enough to get the bite. No doubt I would need to pay a release fee. That’s not going to happen.

    • Stephen says:

      Hi Phillip.
I have just had a very similar call. Have called Anna but she was engaged. Waiting for her to call back.
How did you get on? Anything else to share?

    • Stephen says:

      Hi Phillip.
I have just had a very similar call, Colin Walters from the International Clearance Dep’t of the Ministry of Justice in Westminster. Number 02039253632. Have called Ana Gonzalez on 0034 603 292 391 but she was engaged so left a message with a lady who answered in Spanish but could speak good English. Waiting for her to call back.
I have reported the incident to Action Fraud.
It is 4 hours since I called Ana and she has not responded.
I suspect that this this is ex WTC people who have taken our details and trying more scams.
How did you get on? Anything else to share?
I am going to write to the liquidators next. WTC were trading whilst insolvent as far as I can see so may be some action that can be taken.

Thanks for all the above comments. I too received a call from Susan Mackenzie today, supposedly from the Civil Justice Court in Malaga Tel 0034688247984 in respect of a company called Lifetime Marketing Solutions. Same story pay £980 to get £9800. Smelt a rat hence my arrival on this site.
Why can’t we catch these people?

  5. Lynn says:

Been contacted today saying it was Malaga Court House and they have £9,600 for me because a company that I bought 8 weeks holiday from were fraudulent and I’m now due this money from their assets. BUT need to deposit 10% into a lawyers bank account so that they can finalise this with the court on my behalf. I’m guessing that this is a scam !!!!!! After reading several comments almost exactly the same conversation been had with others over a period of time. I’ve asked them to ring my husband tonight that will be interesting when I show him all the comments on here . It’s disgusting isn’t there anything that can be done with these people ?????

  6. Bill says:

I have just received a call from a female calling herself LINDA KIRK. Stated that I am owed nine and a half thousand pounds from two payments I made for holidays in 2014. She stated she was working for Malaga Mags court. When I asked direct questions she hung up ! The phone number was withheld ! SCAM !!

  7. pat says:

Just this afternoon I was approached for about the third time to recoup money lost on timeshare. Their tactics are different each time. I am stringing them along to find out as much detail as I can. This time it was the HMRC International Affairs dept calling and asking me to phone Victor Gomez in Spain (0034604253349) who I spoke to and he is phoning me in the morning with some load of lies!! It is almost an insult to my intelligence but they know people will jump at the chance to recoup their money. I am just waiting to find out how much they want in advance my guess is no less than £750. Anyway I will play them along but will try and send as much detail to the authorities as I can.

  8. pat says:

Just had a call supposedly from HMRC International Affairs Dept in London who got me to phone one Victor Comez in Spain. He is due to phone me in the morning so I shall be intrigued to hear his pack of lies about how I am to get my money back from timeshare losses now allegedly awarded to me by the Spanish court in Malaga. The lengths these people go to to con me out of a few hundred pounds is amazing. Anyway I shall report the next instalment tomorrow.

  9. Colin says:

Just been contacted by a man said he was customs and excise holding a cheque for us for over £10.000 as a settlement from courthouse Malaga , but no backup paperwork . Could I contact them and arrange for it to be forwarded , and they can release our cheqie . Numbers for security supplied .

  10. ROSE says:

Received a call yesterday a man, claiming to be Mr Stewart who was a Goverment employee, ref number CD1156337, on mobile number 003460430965. He stated he was holding £22,440.39 of our money as compensation from Club Infinity. We were asked to ring Malaga Court English speaking department on 0034602613027, and they would release the funds. Following our call to the court and several other calls between us and the two parties we were asked to pay 10% of the sum for lawyers fee, prior to us receiving any money,
following a lengthy discussion the call was terminated by us.

    • margaret says:

      Rose,
Have just received a phone call from Mr. Stewart with a mobile number of 0034602613074 saying to ring Malaga courts as we have been awarded over £21,000 compensation from Club Infiniti. Have contacted Cumbria Police who said they have had a number of phone calls regarding this. Margaret

  11. Barbara says:

Received call a couple of hours ago – did not get a name, but she said £9,600 had been awarded to me from Malaga Magistrates Court. I asked why and she reeled off about 5 companies who sell “gift holidays”. I started to get wary so told her it would be nice to get this sum, but as I had had no dealings with these “gift holidays” it would be fraudulent of me – so the conversation went no further. Couldn’t wait to get to my computer to check up – and I found you. Thanks.

  12. Jim says:

Once again I have been targeted! Oh how I would like to get my money back! But alas, another scam! Julie Todd in malaga from the civil magistrates court rang me with the news that I was entitled to receive 9600.00 pounds if I sent 960.00 for fees to release the funds. The solicitor no longer practices. I contacted the British embassy in Malaga and they said no court would ask for money to release money to you. I wish we could stop the RACKET!!!!

  13. carol says:

My Mum, who is 83yrs, had a lengthy conversation with someone calling herself Mary Mathew, she claimed to be an official from the court at Malaga explaining my Mum was due £9000 compensation following a court ruling on behalf of 3000 individuals including my Mum, and that she needed to send 1100€ ASAP and then they would send it to her. She was very friendly and credible and gave her bank details including Iban number for my Mum to pay in to, she also referred to her colleague Julie. Fortunately my Mum although very trusting hesitated and decided to check with me first. Very sad that they are targeting the elderly and vunerable, Carol

    • Margaret says:

Too true!! I am SO thankful for Mind timeshare!!

      • Caroline says:

Oh my goodness I’ve just had exactly the same conversation with a Mary Matthews who apparently is from Elite Mediation and phoning from Malaga Court about £9600.00 that has been awarded to my mum !!! It all sounded very believable about holidays as my mum has paid out a lot for these holidays that she’s never had so even I did think maybe it was true ?? But fortunately I got to the phone before her as they want mum to send 10% to the lawyers before you get the money ??? Or 1100 euros ? All sounds the same !!! So scarey and I am so glad I found this site to check it out on !! Thank you sooo much . I will now try to block the number as she will call again tomorrow as she wants to speak to my mum as I think I asked too many questions ??!! Thank you .

  14. Margaret says:

I too have had a call from Julie Todd on October 6th 2016 saying that I am due £9,600 compensation and that I need to pay 1,100 euros beforehand. I am so grateful to Mind Timeshare for exposing these scams!

  15. Margaret says:

Received a call from International services at Malaga court from Julie Todd. Stating that we are due £9600 from a court ruling in the Magistrates Court and in order to release it we needed to transfer 1100 euros to the account of solicitor Juleanne Sanches Lewis I expressed my suspicions to her and she deflected all enquiries very plausibly My suspicions led me to you and I assume this is the scam you are talking about

  16. DAVID says:
