LitigaLaw has just started this week with the cold calls, but as they are identical to all the other calls of the Fake lawyer set up from Tenerife, there is no doubt who we are talking about.
Litigalaw seems to be the follow up from Litigalo about whom we posted a blog warning very recently.

There isn’t much more to add, but please be careful when receiving phone calls from these agents claiming to be working for Litigalaw, offering claims against your resort on a no win no fee basis.

have now received a letter informing me that my claim is due in court thursday 7th of march
at 10.40 my claim amounts to 9374 euros but in order to proceed they require a payment of 438 euros. i have told them to take this payment out of any claim i will receive, but unfortunatley they cant do that apparnetly it against there trading standards. am awaiting another call as i have put off any further communication until Monday next..
We have just had the same conversation and were about to transfer cash. Bank advised us of some fraud so we googled. Fortunately before payment went. How stupid are we ????????
Please advise if there is any truth as advised by Litigalaw that a Senior Director from Petchy/Mutha has been charged with fraud and hi assets frozen by the courts in Spain..

This is all a lie they tell consumers and mind you, they most probably are giving you a name of this supposed director who is nothing to do with MGM Muthu / Petchey at all.
These people are fake, they are fraudsters, don’t expect them to tell anything real in their telephone calls.
