Beware, spotted new FAKE procurator by the name of Lucas Ifalqui!

One more name to add to the long list of fake procurators in Tenerife.

Lucas Ifalqui Procuradores is the latest name used by the fake and fraudulent lawyers in Tenerife, for payment purposes.

Mr. Lucas Ifalqui is the account holder where the duped consumers are supposed to pay the fees in order to get their “court awarded” money transferred to their account.

In spite of the re-assurance this was all a no win no fee claim the consumer is quickly asked for money

Consumers are cold called by companies such as Legalizalos, Legal Izalos, Izalos legal, etc.

After the usual pitch of no win no fee and the courts supposedly imminently ruling against their resort, the consumer receives a follow up email.

This email is complete with fake court documents and endless pages full with meaningless explanations on who they are and how successful they are.

All these calls and emails is to “warm up” the consumer to the point it all starts to sound credible, and that is the moment where the fees are requested.

The consumer receives another email with the bank details of the procurator and in this case it is Mr. Lucas Ifalqui.

There is no money awarded to you and there is no money going into your account after paying the Procurator. Neither is there any cheque on its way!

Hi Dave
I too would like information on Nordic Consulting. Have you heard anything further? I have been contacted by “Larry” of Nordic, also an ex-Silverpoint employee, advising me that we need to file a claim in relation to our participations in Palm Beach within the next few days as Silverpoint are going to put themselves into liquidation and we will lose all our investment! They are looking for in excess of £11k to facilitate this on our behalf. We are in a turmoil! Is Silverpoint really going into Liquidation? Are Nordic about to scam us? The solicitor they claim to use is on a list supplied by the British Embassy but does that make them genuine? Probably not! Can anyone out there offer any information to help with this situation?

Does Mindtimeshare have any information on Nordic Consulting in Tenerife.

Having received a cold call from them over Silverpoint, are they to be trusted or completely avoided.

They state that they have successful won court cases against Silverpoint in the Spanish Courts against both timeshare purchases and the Company Participation Schemes in Beverley Hill and Palm Beach Club that Silverpoint sold.

Any comments or direction to other blogs via Mindtimeshare would be of interest.
