A lot of new names lately have shown up that lead all to the same place: Reclaimgc
Only last week we published an article about a company that started off very strong on the cold call, and turned out to be Reclaimgc as well, although the name they use is Timeshare Refund Network or TRN. Read more: http://wp.me/p1kmoi-xO
This time it is Claims Directive, although Claims Directive is not a new one and was already very active in 2010. Maybe it was the bad press that caused the silence around this so called Claims Company, as the numerous claims they presented in court were rejected by the judges!
Claims Directive was set up by Eugen Kaiser in 2009. They have a website www.claimsdirective.com which is extremely basic and apart from a Spanish Mobile phone number 0034 662 025 135 there is nothing more on it.
No company registration, no address, no nothing. A bit further research did give us an address though Calle Clavijo y Fajardo n. 2, Arguineguin Gran Canaria, 35120
Claims Directive is cold calling the timeshare consumers with again the pitch about the fact they have been mis-sold and Claims Directive can liaise in a compensation claim for the timeshare consumer.
In order to do this the timeshare owner will have to fill in the form on the web and a representative will call to discuss further. Then he will need to send off copies of his paperwork to claims@claimsdirective.com for further assessment.
What they don’t mention but most probably will be the next and last step in this process, if for the timeshare owner to come over to Spain and speak to a representative from Claims Directive.
The confirmation email that is sent off from advice@claimsdirective.com after the initial call is signed by Pauline Kirby.
So yet again a cold caller who surprisingly holds a lot of information about the consumers’ membership(s) old and new, and a worrying connection with Reclaimgc.
Seen the above information and knowing what Reclaimgc is about, we certainly do not recommend having any dealings with this company called Claims Directive

I have been contacted once again by these so called reclaim companies who would like to get my money back .I have been taken for 3 weeks time share ownership and membership costing £6.800 by incentive leisure club , plus a trip to Tenerife to be told that they could help to get my reclaim sorted out for me ., But this turned out to be another wasted journey , THE COMPANY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME RCI points.. I actually went into their offices in Arguineguin. It’s about 12′ x 8′ and had two women in there. Hardly a high flying solicitors firm. This was while my family and I were being scammed for the Voyager Travel BS. The guy who showed us round for Voyager was called Paul, a cocky Mancunian chap with zero conscience it would seem. He was the one who took us into the ReclaimGC office while he dropped some paperwork off. Very unprofessional looking operation.
