HM Legal Services or HMLS cold calling specialist lawyers from Fuengirola

A new company has been brought to our attention by the name of HM Legal Services or simply in short HMLS

We can say new in this case as the website of the company http://www.hmls.co.uk  was registered 4 days ago on the 25th of November 2012

The HMLS Solicitors claim to be “Legal specialists” and a “full-service Law Firm with an international focus wich operates on the principles of professionality, excellence, integrity, legality, neutrality and service”

HM Legal Advisors are based in Spain on the following address:

Suite 14, Paseo Jesus Santos Rein, Edificio Ofisol, 29640 Fuengirola.

This supposed Legal Advisor office is cold calling timeshare consumers to inform them they might have a potential claim against their timeshare company!

As with most of these so called “Legal” offices, the timeshare owner is assured the consultation is for free. But of course almost immediately the timeshare owner is contacted again after sending the information to them, and yes he can claim.

And to initiate this claim with HM Legal Advisors he will have to pay around £500 plus another 10% of the settled amount once the claim has been successful.

HMLS – HM Legal Services does not provide any information about the company itself, no registration at the Spanish or UK companies House, no Lawyers registration either and no Privacy Policy on the web. Something that appears to be very doubtful for a company with so many experienced lawyers!

We have clear indications they are connected to other similar dubious companies and there is no doubt that we do not recommend having any dealings with HMLS or HM Legal Services.
