Fast Line Legal Services & Sun Coast Leisure companies that not only approach timeshare owners.

We have been very surprised lately to see that companies that have been mentioned in relation to Timeshare are now also approaching a different type of consumer.

Fast Line Legal Services was mentioned on our blog before (http://wp.me/p1kmoi-Dz )as they were cold calling Timeshare Consumers and offered their supposed legal services.

But it seems now they are also approaching owners of Apartments and other property purchased through MRI  MacAnthony Realty International which has been closed down a couple of years ago and court cases are still running. You can read more on the blogs http://www.mri-sg.org/ and http://belegal.com/blog-by-antonio-flores/

We also received several inquiries about Sun Coast leisure. This company based in Marbella on the Costa del Sol is as per their website http://sun-coastleisure.com/ a Holiday Company that provides accommodation in different timeshare resorts around the world.

But they also have been cold calling MRI Customers about their properties and offering to place this property in a confused Fractional Timeshare Scheme. The idea of placing the property into Fractional could be working well if it wasn’t for the fact that Sun Coast Leisure asks the owner for an upfront payment of around €2000 to join this scheme.

Neither does it make a lot of sense that they mention prices for the apartments as these prices are considerably higher than the current market prices on the Costas in Spain.

Although we from Mindtimeshare concentrate purely on fraud and scams related to the Timeshare Industry, we found it necessary to highlight the above on our blog as we received numerous inquiries.

If you have been contacted by these companies, we would like to know. You can email us at customercare@mindtimeshare.com or place a comment on the blog.

UPDATE JANUARY 2014. Please have a look at the following link as well where Fastline Legal Services are mentioned! http://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/fast-line-legal-services

I had a message on my voicemail on November 26th from Fast Line Legal Services – Elaine Marshall asking me to contact here on 0034 952 441 893 for a chat – nothing sinister!! What does that mean? Anyone spoken to her?
I’m not spending my hard earnt money on calling Spain.

Hi We have an apartment in Spain, and have been approached by Sun leisure, who offered a price for the apartment, unfortunately we handed over £1500 last year, we had contact up with them until May this year, we have been try for the last six weeks to contact then, but failed, can you confirm if this company is bogus or not?

We too received cashback, but a mere £2,600 out of a “promised” £13,000 certificate. The filling in of the forms, sending the requisite documents in the specific format & within exceedingly tight timescales is a true minefield. It appears to be designed so a large proportion of the people will fail to comply at one stage or another.

My parents have just been contacted by Fastline Legal Services with regards to issuing a claim against Club Class Concierge. No mention of upfront money, but a 5% fee to be charged upon completion of a successful case. I’ve come online to check it out as a scam as my dad seems to be falling for the sales pitch!

I have been approached regarding looking at getting me money back from a share scam operated by “boilerhouse” in Spain.

    Hello,
I have recieved (out of the blue) From Jackie Adams an enquiry from Fastline Legal Services offering to recover monies from Club Class with a regard to the method of selling and the improbability of my not recieving Cashback when it is due (upon my filling in the cashback application within the required timescale) I have been asked to send copies of relevant documents minus bank and other details. No promise of a successful outcome was made, just that the details supplied would be anylised as to the likelyhood of obtaining compensations/ refund
Do you have an opinion on this?
    regards,
    O i

I too signed up for club class but fortunately I filled in the cash back correctly and received almost £6k back 2 years ago. The outlay was £10000 so I am still out of pocket but it goes to show that the cash back can work.
