A company by the name of Galindro SA is cold calling Timeshare consumers to inform them their Cash Back or Reclaim Company has filed for voluntary liquidation.

Galindro SA claims to be appointed as the sole liquidator in this case and is contacting all victims from the company that went into liquidation. As it seems the court has frozen all assets from the liquidated company and money will be paid out to the victims.

Same story all over again, just another company name, another address and we must admit a bit more “creativity”. Yes, because they actually put together an impressive Creditor Guide for the information of the Timeshare user.

This guide contains long winding information about liquidation of a company and very official looking (fake) documents of a court resolution where Galindro SA is appointed as the liquidator.

The full name of the liquidator is also mentioned and is Felipe Agullo Galindro.

They claim to be based in Seville, in the Calle Innovación 3 -2, 04120 Sevilla, España

Straight forward information, and all the Timeshare user has to do is fill in his bank account and let the money flow in..

Unfortunately we know that this is not how the story ends. Galindro SA does not exist. There is no such company registered in Seville or as a matter of fact in Spain. After sending the paperwork duly filled out the consumer will be notified soon he will need a Spanish Tax Registration number or pay fees for notary, etc.

This is where Galindro SA kindly jumps in to “help” for a fee of course.
