MM Consultancy and Sunline Advisory, two names, same people, same Company, same doubts!

Recently we posted alerts on this blog about a company called MM Consultancy and Sunline Advisory.

Trough investigation is has become clear that these two companies are connected and probably are just one and the same people cold calling Timeshare consumers.

MMC Logo

If MM Consultancy or MMC was offering the service to do a Refund Claim for the Timeshare owner under the Consumer Credit Act, charging upfront £560, Sunline Advisory also offers an additional service of Timeshare disposal.

Timeshare owners who have paid for these services will find the charge is made under the name of Mohawk Marketing Services.

As mentioned in the blog about MM Consultancy, they claim to be working alongside with the Lawyers of Canarian Legal Alliance . A company mentioned in connection to Reclaimgc part of the Group of companies headed up by Eugen Kaiser (read more: )

Seen all the above connections, we certainly feel it is important to recommend all Timeshare owners to be extremely cautious when dealing with these companies.

Cold calls and upfront fees are never a good sign, adding that up to a un-registered company such as Sunline Advisory and the link to companies such as MM Consultancy and Reclaimgc, there should be no doubt what to do when being approached by one of them.

If you have been cold called by Sunline Advisory from 01277552402 or MM Consultancy from 01277509013 then please let us know.

  1. Emma says:

My mum paid an upfront fee to MM consultancy a few months back A lady called Julia Jeffries contacted us via a cold call and convinced her with every trick in the book that she will reclaim her money from the fraudulent DWVC holiday club membership that she purchased. She was so convincing that she even fooled me and that’s a pretty tough thing to do! After she paid the fee, we heard nothing from them for a few months so we tried to call them. Their number now no longer rings through, when we tried to contact them via email, we got it returned with a ‘unknown mailbox’ message and if we tried to contact them on their website contact form it came up with an error and wouldn’t send! And they now seem to have taken down their website altogether. Has anyone else had this problem?

  2. Susan says:

Yes, Sunline just contacted me from an alternative number 01277552400 saying that I had been reported as having problems with my timeshare.

  3. Da**** says:

Been contacted by MMC offering their services on a no win no fee basis, no up front fee and 30% payable to them on any monies recovered, where’s the catch

    • Dear Da***,

Thank you for your comment about MM Consultancy.

This company´s approach is cold calling timeshare owners, they offer to dispose of their timeshare and they also offer a service to do claims under the Consumer Credit Act.

As you have been reading this company is connected to Reclaimgc behind this group of companies is Eugene Kaiser arrested by the Spanish police in Operation Voyager:

Also they work alongside with Canarian Legal Alliance that also is connected to this group of companies.

For those not familiar with the Group of Companies you can read more about them on the following link:

We strongly recommend avoiding these companies.

I can assure you that if you continue with this company at some point they will ask you for money upfront under any excuses.

There is never a proper explanation for this or any other company to cold call and have all of the consumers details as this only shows that either they are connected to dubious companies, maybe the same having another go to their previous victims or have obtained consumers details in a rather dubious way.
May I ask where do you own your timeshare?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

      Best regards,

      Customer Care
