Have you been cold called by Section 75 Ltd?

A new claims company has been brought to our attention with the name of Section 75 Ltd

Section75 is a company of recent creation, their website www.section75.co.uk as registered at the beginning of October 2013.

There is also a registration (08733414) at the UK Companies House for Section 75 Ltd, done in October 2013 and with administrator Carissa Huizinga.

The address mentioned is Plum Tree House South – Morston – Swindon SN3 4SH although this address is not mentioned at all on the website.

The inly contact details on the web are a telephone number 0207 118 9998 and an email address claims@section75.co.uk

We have been informed by consumers that this company is cold calling and offering to do refund claims under the Consumer Credit Act on behalf of the consumer.

Main issue here is the cold call and the fact this company seems to be aware of previous dealings of the consumer with fraudulent companies. This information should not be accessible to companies or better said strangers and the only way to obtain such information would be through dubious sources.

Here we go again! It’s all very well saying the information shouldn’t be obtainable, but it is – and seemingly very easily too! Where from? Who’s making money out of selling the details?
Personally, living not that far from Swindon, I’ve not heard of Morston – but that’s not to say there isn’t a place by that name. There is one in Norfolk! Also the telephone number would normally be expected to relate to a place in London, but who knows what’s possible these days with the sort of calls I’ve had!
