Another cold caller with a very familiar pitch, Fiscal Association UK Ltd has started their cold call campaign in the past week.
This company, apparently registered at the UK Companies House and based at 26 -28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands , WS1 1QL is cold calling consumers with the story that they can arrange a refund for them of monies paid to bogus companies.
They don’t only offer to recover the money that was paid out to bogus resale companies for example, but even claim to obtain part of the sales price agreed with these companies. Money for a sale that never happened…
In order to receive the money from this mediation the consumer has to buy vouchers from UKASH to prove to the courier that he is entitled to the money.
Yes indeed, again a company asking for a purchase of UKASH vouchers, which supposedly are not going to be cashed in. but unfortunately at this stage we do know that once the vouchers are purchased, the people behind this set up convince the consumer to provide them with the codes or part of the codes. And whilst the consumer is waiting for the “courier” to arrive, the UKASH vouchers are cashed in…
The person calling from Fiscal Association UK Ltd. Is Mike Thomas, and he uses the following contact number 0843 886 9707. It is to be questioned if this Mike Thomas really works for Fiscal Association UK Ltd. or if they are using this company name without the knowledge of the owners of this company.

james howard. this mr mrs martin . we did not get the cheques from you this morning as you promised.we try and phone you but nobody answers and you wont ring back.
I had a phone call from them the other day, very convincing that they will get your money back, you have to hand it to them for being so devious. I was supposed to get £300 of UKASH so that the UPS driver would hand over 2 envelopes. I have had a phone call again from Mr Reese Jones (on my answer machine) to check to see if I have been able to purchase the vouchers. No way!!
Alberto, The address should read 26 -28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands , WS1 1QL. Just off the M6 North of Birmingham but as you say it is just another scam. Regards
