Lobrera is yet again another company who is trying to convince people who possess a Reclaim Ltd Certificate, that they are the appointed liquidators.

Lobrera is a cold caller and seems to be holding a lot of information about the actual Reclaim Certificates as they can quote the names, certificate number and even the amount of money spent by the consumer on the ILG membership.

That is indeed very worrying.

Once Lobrera has made their first contact they send over their standard email from Lobrera@email.com with a form to be filled in by the consumer. On this form they need to fill in all their personal details, included those of their bank account in order to send them the money awarded from the liquidation.

Lobrera claims to be based in Cadiz, Spain at the Calle Large 16-2 but this is a fake address and no company by the name of Lobrera is in Cadiz or anywhere else in Spain.

We would recommend all consumers who have been contacted by Lobrera to avoid giving them any further details. We cannot stress enough that these companies are NOT TO BE TRUSTED and therefore the less they know about you the better.

True, they won’t ask you for any money, but that is all part of the spiel! They assure and re-assure that everything is at no charge, but believe me, there won’t be any money coming into your account.

Once they have your trust and you are waiting for the money, a problem will pop up out of the blue. This can be taxes, a Spanish Tax ID you need, anything….but it will cost you money to sort it!

DO NOT BELIEVE any company such as Lobrera when they cold call and claim to be the liquidators, notaries or lawyers handling a claim on your behalf. It is just not happening!
