Fake lawyer Carlos Ruiz Ramon, cold calling from Madrid!

The supposed lawyer Carlos Ruiz Ramon is contacting timeshare / holiday club membership owners by cold call, telling them that there are big amounts of money waiting at the court to be paid out to them, monies that they lost before with other dubious companies. Of course, the consumer has to pay the costs for legal and administration charges to release the funds, a 10% of the supposed refund and upfront.

Carlos Ruiz Ramon from Madrid contacts consumers with all their membership details in hands, and they provide them even with a bunch of documents, half in English, half in Spanish, which seem to be official documents from a Spanish court plus translations, and which seem to prove that there is money waiting on an account to be sent to the consumer.

Most surprising it is for the consumer, if he did not provide these people with their details, and they appear to have represented the consumer at a court hearing, supposedly taking part in a kind of class action, which the consumer even did not know about, neither had he given any authorization or any power of attorney to this company to represent them at the court!

Well, we won’t beat longer about the bush! This is a FRAUD!

Lawyers do not contact consumers who do not know about them, with the good news of monies waiting for them somewhere out there at Spanish courts, after having won by court a class action of which they did not know, and all this without the legal paperwork to represent a consumer at court.

If you are cold called or contacted by e-mail by Carlos Ruiz Ramon with such a surprise, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY!

The 10% on the “refund amount” that Carlos Ruiz Ramon request the consumer to pay is to be transferred to the bank account of an individual, so if you send your money there, it will be lost!

Have today recieved Letter of Authorisation from CRR after telephoneconversation with Mr. David Nielsen. We have payed €9000 for RECLAIM and have only been payed back DKR 20.000.
What do we do now?
