Again has appeared a new company that contacts by cold call consumers who had previously dealings with Incentive Leisure Group, ILG, / Reclaim Ltd. and again they promise to act as mediator on behalf of the consumers in order to recuperate the money the consumers have lost, but this time they are lawyers, and they call themselves Perez & Perez Asociados y Abogados!
How do we find that? Cold calling lawyers!
Well, ethically seen this is not what we would expect from a genuine lawyer’s office, if they were one, as a registration on their name could not be found yet!
The web page of Perez & Perez Asociados y Abogados – perezyperezasociadosyabogados.com – is still under construction, with other words, there is no proper information about any registration or any identification that would support that these people really are lawyers.
Even their address stated on their documentation is incomplete: Malaga, 29071, and in reality the only available details about this “lawyers’ office” is their telephone number 0207 183 9374, and their e-mail martynpmartyn@hotmail.com which does not really give the impression to be the e-mail of a lawyer.
On top of all Perez & Perez pretend to be dealing with the liquidation of Reclaim Ltd., which by now is known that it is not the case.

Finally to say that there have also been found connections to other dubious companies that were previously active.
All in all, we can only recommend being very careful when you are contacted by Perez & Perez Asociados y Abogados with the telephone number 02071839374, or by any other company with a similar story.
MAKE SURE NOT TO DO ANY PAYMENTS, if you are contacted with such or a similar story!
It is certainly always recommendable to inform yourself first about any company that cold calls you. So feel free to contact us and ask for information!

have received phone call from mr knight from reclaim Malaga he said he had 12000 plus 1000 we had paid to viva connect the 12000 was from full circle he is calling me tomorrow morn ing to obtain credit card number to pay this money back into the bank I have no more details about this company I am n ot sure what to do in case this is another scam I do not want him to take money from my bank account what should I do please he did not ask for any money up front but I do not know whether he will tomorrow morning should I give him the credit card number? it sounds on thr face of it that we will recveive 13000 pounds but I think it might be too good to be true please help me I don’t know what to do sincerely jan age 75
