As seen in previous months, there are yet again a lot of new so called “claims companies” who are promising compensation claims to all consumers, pretending to be legal advisors, and explaining about laws that have changed.

Please be careful with any cold caller, do not provide them with any further personal information and if attending a meeting make sure you don’t take any decision on the day. Take your time to go through any paperwork they present, time at home in your own space!

There are no such offers that are only valid on the day!

Also I have been contacted by phone no 01793 858174 from Swindon no name.

I have been contacted by a company called Litigation Services ltd about compensation etc for payments I have made over the years regarding timeshare the are based in Malaga spain do you have any thing if they are a scam or not. hope to hear back from you
