In one phrase we say it all, Phoenix Legal Services is cold calling Timeshare consumers for a supposed claim against their timeshare resort, when by now we all know that cold calls are forbidden in Spain for Legal services!
So how is one to be expected to take Phoenix Legal Services serious?
Phoenix Legal Services only started recently with their cold calls, and their website www.phoenixlegalservices.eu was registered on the 22nd of October which is also very recent.

After the cold call they send an informative email with several documents attached where they outline the process. They ask for the documents of the consumer, a description of what happened, payment receipts etc. Then the Legal Team from Phoenix Legal Services will assess the case and the contracts will be made up. Contracts? The lawyer will also translate all documents..?
Although we haven’t heard as yet where Phoenix Legal Services breaks the news of a payment upfront we are confident this moment will happen eventually!
The fact that they cold call as a Legal Service, their web has been registered only a couple of weeks ago, they use client data that cannot be obtained through trustworthy sources and there is no mention of any company registration number, for us all the reasons to be very cautious and certainly not pay anything upfront!
