Simone Mesa Martinez and Auxilium SL, new cold callers with familiar pitch!

Captura de pantalla 2015-12-21 a la(s) 15.10.59

Sometimes you get the feeling that the only thing that changes are the names, because the offer or the story around it seems far too familiar to be a new one.

This happens with the cold calls received from a company called Auxilium SL who claims to be a dedicated branch from the lawyer’s office of Simone Mesa Martinez.

The story they tell timeshare consumers on the cold call is that there are court cases happening in the courts of Arona in Tenerife.

Captura de pantalla 2015-12-21 a la(s) 15.11.07Claims against dubious companies and timeshare resorts, which coincidentally are always including the one where the timeshare owner owns or he dealt with in the past.

The timeshare owner can take up the services of this company Auxilium SL in order to join the claim and get a good pay through the court.

Dates are settled for the court hearing, so urgency is requested.

Cold calls and legal companies are not a good combination.

Doing some research then and looking for confirmation of everything these companies claim to be true, is even more enlightening.

The lawyers’ office from Simone Martinez cannot be found on any register and neither the company working by the name of Auxilium SL.

The websites they quote in their follow up paperwork http://www.simonemesamartinez.com and http://www.auxiliumlawyers.com were both registered on the 19th of November 2015.

There is no other information found which seems a bit odd to say the least for a company who claims to have been around since 1990 and displays a logo on the web of +15 presence on the internet.

There are no further company details available on the web or even a privacy statement, which would be expected from a legal company.

    • Stuart says:

Manuel Amas Conde / Litigar Abogados are using the same address. Claim for €21,000 going ahead in 2 weeks but Procurator (Jaime Davida Tharste in Arona requires €800 court fee in advance. So much for “No win no fee”!
