Again another so called lawyer who calls people out of the blue with the tremendous good news that they can recover their money through court, when they paid a dubious holiday club in the past.

Carlos Monver successfully handles court cases against these dubious holiday clubs. And he is so nice to approach the affected consumers directly (cold call) in order to help them with their case, and he doesn’t even charge fort his.

This Carlos Monver is a star, because the court directly pays his fees, so the consumer won’t have to pay him anything.

It does seem to be rather odd that this lawyer cold calls, there is no website, the address in Madrid in the “Calle Genova” has no number and there is no such company or office known at the Spanish Companies House.

The final confirmation that something is totally wrong here comes though after the consumer agrees to go ahead and all of the sudden all kinds of charges and fees appear which need to be paid before the consumer actually receives the refund awarded by the courts.
