Hello! We are back!

Dear Timeshare Consumers,

YES! WE ARE BACK!

It has been a long time since we posted on the Mindtimeshare blog. A year to be exact.

At some point in 2019 it became clear that without funds and regular income, it was impossible to continue for the people maintaining the blog and answering emails.

So, we had to make the hard and very sad decision to stop dedicating our time to the investigations of alleged fake and fraudulent companies.

Many things have happened in 2020, but we were amazed to see that the visits to our blog and the numerous emails and contact forms did not cease, and consumers continued actively seeking our advice.

Obviously, there is a big need for information and sound advice about cold calling companies who offer their “Too good to be true” services.

With this in mind, we started looking for alternatives in order to continue the blog and start helping consumers again.

We are now very pleased to announce that we are back!

We will start again with blog posts about the “strange” cold calling companies, and in the course of the month, you can expect an updated cold caller list.

So please, if you are receiving cold calls at present or are speaking to companies who are offering their services and you have doubts before paying them a substantial amount of money, don’t hesitate to contact us!

For those who wrote to us in the course of this year, we will go through all the messages but do allow us some time as there are many emails to go through.

May we thank all consumers who have maintained loyal to our blog in the past year and continued sending us important information about cold callers. The information is valuable to us!

Regards

Customer Care Team

We are with Diamond and have now after receiving their bill for the following year have decided to try and get out of it, and hopefully get some money back.
Does anyone know of a reputable company we could approach, your help would be much appreciated.

Missed your always welcomed trustworthy advice so glad you are back. We receive about 2 calls a day truly sick of it it’s been going on for years. Now we are told that CLC are filing for bankruptcy yet we continually receive emails from CLC who have joined forces or so they say with De Vere. I never speak to any caller I simply put the phone down. Stopped caring about being rude long ago.

It was only yesterday I was thinking about mindtimeshare and today you popped up!
You helped us with your invaluable information to recover 100% of the money we were “done” out of.
We have had no letters from Gr8stays, club class, or any other name they changed to but this last couple of weeks we have had 3 calls from so called companies that apparently we are on their databases, I think they are coming back to life!
These calls and begging letters have been going on since 2004 so hopefully they have all gone bust.
Thanks for everything and good luck to you.

Welcome back! It’s a few years since I was scammed but I well recall the excellent advice you gave me. It’s a bit sad that there are still people out there making money from this type of dishonesty.

    • Hi Michael,

      Thanks for your message.
Sad indeed that there is still this need to warn people about these dubious companies.
Let’s see if we can help others the same as we helped you in the past.

      Kind regards

Great to see your email in my Inbox. I can endorse Andrews comments above. The last time I received anything from GR8Stays was August 2016. They still have various websites offering holidays.
    Welcome back

  8. Kerry says:

Welcome back! Your advice was invaluable to us and as a result we recovered all the money we lost to one of these bogus companies….keep up the good work!

  9. Andrew says:

Welcome back. I am pleased to say that the letters demanding overdue subscriptions from Gr8Stays seemed to have dropped off completely. The last letter was in September 2019 and I have had virtually no other cold calls for a long time. Good news is as welcome as the helpful warnings that you provide. Welcome back!

  10. Richard says:

    Welcome back!
