Another fraudulent set up has been detected in Tenerife, and this time by the name of Abel Garcia S.A. or Abogados Abel Garcia
Their pitch is exactly the same as many other cold calling “solicitors” and “claims” companies based in Tenerife, about who we have been writing several blogs over the past months.
Abel Garcia seems to continue the same story about an imminent upcoming court case against a resort or fraudulent company and the possibility for the consumer to join the claim straight away and get a pay out of the awarded money.
On their initial call Abel Garcia assures the consumer there won’t be any charges, and they reiterate this in their endless documentation they send after the call.
But nothing near the truth as they quickly move over to the real business as soon as the consumer shows the slightest interest and thinks he is going to be paid out. Then there are procurator fees; taxes, admin fees and eventually it will lead to stolen cheques and notary costs until the consumer finally realizes they have been taken for a ride.

Abel Garcia uses several email addresses. The main one is abel-garcia@consultant.com and from this email the first documentation is received.
Once the consumer is convinced his claim is going through court the emails start coming from garcia-ukclaims@consultant.com

Hi i have emailed you already about being sca**** by this bogus company .and am know being contacted by someone called sharha ellingwood saying she had been asked to sort out my missing funds that were stolen in cheque form from a jiffybag sent to me from Teneriefe
Has anyone heard about this person .I have told the police and fraud department she is now asking for 611 euros to sort this i will not pay another penny.
Hi Had same experience as rest of you being stringing them along , now they getting desperate as said court date 8/6/17 got wife and son fielding calls to prolong their hope. Same as every body else umpteen calls saying not charges up front. then suddenly wanted £701.34 my conversion from euro. They can dream
I’ve been dealing with these guys for a few weeks now…actually just got the phone with them. Had the story about it’s going to the procurator on Tuesday 16th May and a RICHARD LAYMAN will be ringing me Monday to make sure I want to proceed with the procurement stage….
I am looking forward to that call Monday and even more when they ask me for any fees….I will laugh so hard down the phone, it will be untrue!!!

ive had two calls it says it,s going to court on the 11th may and then on the 30th when they said i would have to pay procurator fees

Had a phone call yesterday from a company called ANNABLE GARCIA claiming to be lawyers for miss-sold timeshare,the person i spoke with was COLIN ROBERTSON he said he could get our money back from miss-sold timeshare also the cash back money from TERRANOVA he said it was a no win no fee but if they were to win they would take 20% I said I was a bit dubious because I had so many companies phoning claiming to do the same thing in the past and they all turned out to be scammers,he said ANNABLE GARCIA are not scammers they are a lagitamit company,so I told him i was going to check him out,he was a bit taken a back by my remark but said go ahead,not at any time did he give me a phone number or did i ask for one so I googled the company ANNABLE GARCIA and guess what ABEL GARCIA came up as one of the companies that are scammers so i called the free phone number 0800 8021 778 and guess who answered the phone non other than COLIN ROBRTSON himself so it was as I thought scammers. Had another phone call today same company ANNABLE GARCIA different person name of DANIEL JAMES his phone number 0800 862 0140 pretty much same conversation he said that ANNABLE GARCIA are a lagitamit company and (ABEL GARCIA) are a totally different company to them, so how was i able to phone ABEL GARCIA number and get straight through to COLIN ROBERTSON odd don’t you think,he said the company I googled were scammers,well i been following mindtimeshare for years with no complaints so draw your own conclusions to who the scammers are. DANIEL JAMES had the cheek to ask me if there was anything he could help me with I replied no thanks he said he would call back in 6 moths time to see if I had changed my mind.

Was contacted by this company last week email arrived yesterday along with a call from a lady who is ringing back today as it’s important I understand the contents of the email. Ha. Will go along with it as long as I can if she’s talking to me then it’s one less person she’s ringing to scam. How do they sleep in there beds scum of the earth.
