Supposedly is was time again for a name change, and this time the name chosen is Poets Consulting.
New name, telephone number 0190 588 6740 and email address info@poetsconsulting.co.uk
They bothered to get a domain name for the email, but there is no website set up for this company.
Yet again a cold caller with the same story of no win no fee claims over the phone and in the follow up email.
As they state in the email, “…Poets Consulting, predominantly deal with timeshare members who have been mis-sold illegal contracts, and also mis-sold ownership..”
What they fail to mention is that at the meeting there isn’t actually anybody from this company Poets Consulting at all and no names are given who is waiting for the consumer at the appointed meeting place.
So far we have not heard of any claims done against resorts by a company called Poets Consulting or connected company.

I was called several times by ‘William’ today offering help and an appointment in a couple of days time wrt a claim about mis-selling of timeshares!
I asked for further information to be emailed to me so a solicitor could check out the authenticity of the company…Poets Consultancy.
Further to that request, I have heard NOTHING at all……BEWARE THIS SOUNDS LIKE ANOTHER FLY-BY-NIGHT COMPANY, attempting to make a quick buck!
I’ve had a phone call today to set up a meeting about my timeshare fees. They sounded very legit on the phone. How do you ever know if its legit or not on a no win no fee basis?
I just received another cold-call from a middle-aged female claiming to be from Poets Consulting asking about my timeshare ownership. She said she was ringing from Birmingham, said they had three offices around the country and had an 89% success rate in claiming money back for mis-selling. I asked her where I could look to check all these successful cases and she said ‘We don’t make them public’. A 1471 showed the telephone number used was 01213 142436.
I’ve just been called by poets consulting. took number 01905886740 and said I’d call then back as I wanted to check them out on here.
I received a call from a male using the name Poets Consulting giving the usual timeshare mis-selling stuff. The telephone number he used was 0121 314 2436, a number which has been used by Leyland Marketing/Leyland Consulting in the past.
